Create teams and monitor team-level activity.
Team rows show attached users, athletes, and open athlete data changes before opening the team drawer.

Set `RUCOMPS_DEV_USER_EMAIL` to an email listed in `RUCOMPS_ADMIN_EMAILS` during local development. Production administrator sessions will be handled by Auth.js in the sign-in slice.
