Rows are grouped by invited user. Assignment changes happen from the manage-user drawer.
Administrator access

Set `RUCOMPS_DEV_USER_EMAIL` to an email listed in `RUCOMPS_ADMIN_EMAILS` during local development. Production administrator sessions will be handled by Auth.js in the sign-in slice.
